e.sigma Systems GmbH holds Quality Management certificates according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 standard. For planning and accomplishing our projects, we apply high quality standards to our products and services. The DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 standard focuses explicitly on customer satisfaction and provides maximum transparency to the client.
In order to guarantee high overall quality to our clients, we prefer to co-operate with suppliers and subcontractors which are ISO certified as well. When accomplishing product realization, we do not only comply to the DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 standard, but we also apply current versions of the so-called V-Model which is a German government software development standard.
The Quality Management system of e.sigma Systems GmbH is process oriented and is supported by IT level Business Process Management tools. Hence a structured and efficient process management is guaranteed throughout the entire sequence of product development and project accomplishment.
Our certificate is valid for the development and sale of:
- Computer hardware and software, particularly for education, simulation, command, and information systems
- Optical, electronic, and electrical devices and equipment
- Computer networks.
