The e.sigma object and model databases stand out in particular for their life-like appearance. For example the models and objects can be set to different statuses (intact, damaged, destroyed, etc.) that are tied logically to destructive effects including being fired upon, and also reflect factors like the type of ammunition and duration of impact. This includes the ability to disable or entirely destroy vehicles, houses that demonstrate various degrees of damage and craters in the landscape reflecting the type of impact.
Moving models have been given certain properties like moving engines, rotors and propellers to heighten the realism effect even further. Depending on what terrain is beneath the vehicle, its driving properties are taken into account and also make changes to the landscape (tire tracks, ruts in mud or snow, etc.). Where required, houses can be modeled to be passable, with opening windows and the ability to act from within the house.
