• Multimedia Classrooms

e.sigma classrooms are supplied with all the necessary soft-and hardware for the conveyance of accompanied theoretical instruction material. With these, established group and individual learning methods can be combined with digital instruction blocks in such a way, that the advantages of these diverse learning modes are bundled, to yield a maximized learn results.

The workstations consist of PC’s or laptops, monitors, headsets and a communication system. All stations are interconnected to form a “pedagogic network”

Aside from operating the stations in the classical teacher directed mode, they allow the independently working student access to the e.sigma WBT/CBT curriculum databases, and pose questions to the instructor. Who in turn, using his own workstation can interface with the trainee and give him his support. Monitor based images from both systems can be projected on a screen to provide answers and explanations in visual form. To adjust to the distinct learning comprehension speeds of each participant, and to achieve individual accomplishment goals, the instructor can formulate beforehand and during every instruction block which digital curriculum information should be released and to whom.
